Harrison's Crossing Health Campus was OK, and the staff was OK. They've got movies, and they play bingo and all that stuff, and my overall impression was fine. I went to visit a friend there, and the apartment I saw was a 1-room with a bathroom and a kitchen. She was satisfied with it, and she said the food was ok. The place looks fine to me. It just looked well-kept.

Harrison Crossing is a beautiful facility.... the staff was not as great as everyone says. The first night my relative was in there they let her roll out of bed. A couple nights later she was ready for a massive heart attack and we was not contacted. We came the next day to find out she was in Intensive care. Her room was a private room and it was so pretty. Everything was great except for the staff and not contacting us when something major happened.

My grandmother was in in-patient rehab at Harrison's Crossing. They provided rehab with her five times a week and had a lot to offer in terms of activities and socialization. The staff was very friendly, and the facilities were very clean. The place looked very pretty, and it was located right by a hospital. She had a small room with a bathroom that was nicely decorated, but they didn't have a chair where she can put her feet up, so we had to bring her a recliner.
