My dad is currently in Springs Valley Meadows. They're understaffed, I'm not really impressed with the care. The food is not very good, usually what's on the plate is not what they should have. They give them a menu and it's usually wrong, sometimes it's not even very good. It's a clean facility. But I think the level of care by the aides is not up to par. The nurses are wonderful, they've got really good nurses there, but as far as the aides for a skilled person, they don't come around very often. The physical therapists were really good. When it comes to the nursing staff, there are three of them that are really good. The facility itself is always neat and clean.
