We visited Gateway community. I like the independent living because you had your own yard. It is a modular home. It is almost like a mobile home, but it is called a modular home. You get different sizes and different bedrooms. You could pretty much decorate your house. They are beautiful. I saw that they have different activities like bingo and dances. The location is very safe. They have a rec center. It is well kept. People still take care of their own lawn, and they are nicely done. I don't see any run down areas. I know a few people who live there, and they are very happy. I never see any garbage cans outside or anything, but I don't like rules and I don't like being told what I can and cannot do with my house.
