Meridian Meadows Transitional Care

I stayed in Meridian Meadows Transitional Care for rehab. They helped with physical therapy. They also take care of your meals, showers, and all that. They're all really nice and were very helpful. The food, they call it a renal diet: no salt, no nothing, pretty bland. The food was nothing to be excited about. It's a fairly new building, and the rooms were nice. It's just that out the window was an alley, so you'd get a lot of cars going up and down the alley all night. And, the facility was very clean.
