My father-in-law stayed at Southern Pines for four weeks. The facility was very clean. There were a couple of times they had to stop visitors from coming in because of COVID. The people were very helpful. My father-in-law was very happy there. He said the food was good. He used the salon and said it was great, so it was all positive. I think we got what we paid for. The facility had just been remodeled. They were very friendly. All the residents seemed very well taken care of.

Patients often are left without water. I thought that was to be in front of every patient every day. They are constantly losing clothes of patients. I have returned clothes from other patients (with their names on them) because they were put in the wrong drawer. Constantly buying new clothes. The staff seems to be nice but as we all know nice does not necessarily reflect doing an efficient job. Not at all impressed.

My mother is at this place; I want to say the staff is very caring about their patients. This place is very clean and they serve good meals. They speak to their patients on a daily patients and they are very involved in their lives. I checked out many nursing homes before I choose this one. By far this was the very best for my mother.

We visited Elberta Health Care. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The facility was clean and taken care of. I like the staff. They were very helpful. They also have arts and crafts and things like that.

My aunt is at Elberta Health Care. What I like about this facility is that the people are nice, and the facility seemed very clean. Everybody also seemed to be doing their job.
