The Woods Assisted Senior Living

The Woods Assisted Senior Living was a very small facility. It's nice, but the only thing available was memory care, and we're not at that point yet. The rooms were small and there was nothing available in the assisted living part.

The Woods was very nice. Everyone we talked to and ran into was excellent. They were friendly and very accommodating. I don't have any complaints whatsoever. They did everything they could to show us around and make us feel comfortable. The rooms were good, clean, and had nothing really wrong with them, except the kitchenette was quite small. The grounds were well-kept. We went in the back where there's a little, comfortable place where you could sit outside. From what I’ve seen, I would definitely recommend them.

The wonderful thing about the Woods is that is has a memory care area where they are more secure. It cost a little more, but they do have more assistance and more security. They have a walking area that is secured. The residents all seemed happy. I would highly, highly recommend their memory care area.
