I went to Evergreen Assisted Living. When you come in, it's like coming into the living room of a house. It had furnishings that you would probably have in your own home that would be accommodating for patients as well as people coming to visit loved ones. It seemed very comfortable and welcoming. I interacted with two of the staff and they were very friendly. They had outside activities. They had tours. They could go to the library. It was very interesting because it seemed like they were letting people get a more normal activity than they would have if they were just in a nursing facility.
