"We really liked Provision Living at West Clermont because it has a sensor in the room that can sense if my mother falls or sense that she's running a fever, and then they can send a nurse down right away. It's absolutely spotless. They have an activities coordinator right on staff, so there's always something going on. Either weekly or maybe monthly, a doctor comes in so you can make an appointment to check if your hearing is not going so great or something. We really like that. The staff was amazing and so welcoming, and letting family come in. They've got somebody who cleans their rooms. They've got housekeeping. The meals were very nicely planned with a nice variety. If, for some reason, she didn't want to go down and eat with everybody, and if she had a cold or something, they would do room service for her. We didn't really meet that many people. We just met with the admissions person and the activities coordinator. We didn't meet with a nurse or the housekeeping staff. We looked at their menus, and they had quite a nice assortment of what they could have for dinner. They eat in a dining room, which is lovely and very clean. They could sit with friends, or they could sit by themselves, whatever they wanted to do."

There were some activities planned every day -- very active schedule. They have sing-along, a number of speakers, and forums on the news and happenings. I was most impressed with the staff. "Twin Towers is excellent. The staff here is wonderful, very kind, and patient. The food is sometimes really good, and sometimes not so good. I'm in a cottage and it's great. It's in a wooded setting, and we see lots of nature. We have a dog and a cat, and we're very happy here. Our two-bedroom is very nice. There are way more activities than we could possibly participate in. We get great value for what it costs."

"After my mom’s stroke, she needed an assisted living home. After a stay at Marjorie P Lee, which was great, we moved her to the Deupree Cottage. The professionals and staff were great and made a bad situation as best as possible. Mom loved her room, we were able to paint it a color she loved and we moved in a good number of furniture pieces from her home in NW Ohio. While it wasn’t home, it was the next best thing. The living room and dining areas are exceptional as the facility is designed as a home, not a nursing home. The outdoor garden area is also attractive and enjoyable for any resident. I would strongly suggest that anyone thinking about such a facility, consider an ERS facility. The leadership and management team, as well as facility staff, are tremendously committed to the residents. "

"I moved to Maple Knoll Village because it was near my sister. It's clean, they have lots of activities, and it's expensive. They have everything from independent living up to hospice. The staff is very helpful, and they come to ask if I need help, even if I haven't pushed my button. There's an indoor, heated Olympic size pool, and each level of care has its own dining room."
