"I lived at the Western Hills Retirement Village, and it was very nice there. There was someone who came in and sat there while you took your showers, or if you fell, they'd be there. They brought your mail, they cleaned your house once a week, and they did all your laundry. Basically, you felt like a queen. The staff was great. They took care of my meds and brought them in twice a day. I'm very picky, and at the time I had all of my teeth pulled, so they tried to think of things I could eat, so it wasn't bad. They were generally very nice about everything. They kept the rooms up, and they had two maintenance people, and if I needed something, they'd be right there. They did birthdays once a month, and they had people come in and sing and comedians and all that. They had a big activity room. They took you out to eat, out to gamble, and they had buses. It costs around $6,000, which I couldn't afford on my own, but it was great. It was in a good location. My daughter didn't live too far. They provided a lot of service, and they have physical therapy on the grounds."

"Excellent staff, and the necessary care extended was very good. Marjorie P. Lee was very well-kept, very attractive, and excellent food. There were some activities planned every day -- very active schedule. They have sing-along, a number of speakers, and forums on the news and happenings. I was most impressed with the staff. They were very responsive to me. "

"Twin Towers is excellent. The staff here is wonderful, very kind, and patient. The food is sometimes really good, and sometimes not so good. I'm in a cottage and it's great. It's in a wooded setting, and we see lots of nature. We have a dog and a cat, and we're very happy here. Our two-bedroom is very nice. There are way more activities than we could possibly participate in. We get great value for what it costs."

"After my mom’s stroke, she needed an assisted living home. After a stay at Marjorie P Lee, which was great, we moved her to the Deupree Cottage. The professionals and staff were great and made a bad situation as best as possible. Mom loved her room, we were able to paint it a color she loved and we moved in a good number of furniture pieces from her home in NW Ohio. While it wasn’t home, it was the next best thing. The living room and dining areas are exceptional as the facility is designed as a home, not a nursing home. The outdoor garden area is also attractive and enjoyable for any resident. I would strongly suggest that anyone thinking about such a facility, consider an ERS facility. The leadership and management team, as well as facility staff, are tremendously committed to the residents. "

"Provision Living at West Clermont was a newer facility, which was nice. But there wasn't the warmth there that I felt in the other place. The staff that I met was very nice and very informative, which was good. The layout was very nice. But at that time, they were having a COVID problem, so we weren't going everywhere. The rooms were not as large as the ones at the other place. And there didn't appear to be the activities that the other community had. They had an outside area like the patio, but as far as seeing the exercise rooms or anything else, I did not see those. It's an excellent place, but it's just not for me."

"I moved to Maple Knoll Village because it was near my sister. It's clean, they have lots of activities, and it's expensive. They have everything from independent living up to hospice. The staff is very helpful, and they come to ask if I need help, even if I haven't pushed my button. There's an indoor, heated Olympic size pool, and each level of care has its own dining room."
