It seemed like the staff at Waveny Care Center was there because they had to be there and seemed overwhelmed. They did what they had to and did it right, but they didn't do anything extra. They had a garden outside that was pretty, and a facility room where they had their exercise. They were all trying, but there were too many people for the amount of staff, so everything was looking tired.
