I'm at Seabury, and it is a good place. The food could be better, but they are a full service retirement community with gyms and all kinds of services. They have a library and senior activities. The independent living has apartments, the assisted living area has suites, and then they have skilled nursing and a memory care center. They have a large chapel, an auditorium where they have meetings, and a couple other meeting rooms, plus they have recreational facilities and a swimming pool, and the locker room is completely furnished with showers and everything. They have certified physical instructors, and they have a number of security guards that assist with any kind of problem. They have a main dining room where meals are served, and they also have a bistro for lunches and quick meals.
