I went to look at Florence Care Home. What I liked the most about it was that there were a small number of residents. They have ten people. The thing I liked least about it was that the atmosphere was unpleasant, and the residents seemed unhappy. The staff members were very nice. They need to improve their ambiance. It seemed really depressing. The decorating was just awful. I actually cried while I was in there. Their menu was horrible. They got a choice of cereal, muffins, a bagel, and eggs if they asked for them. The facility seemed old and depressing, but it was clean. It had old furniture in it. It was just dark and dingy.
