Shadelands Post-Acute

My husband was in Shadelands Post-Acute for two weeks, for rehab. I liked it for its cleanliness and space, and it didn't have locked doors. They have a system there where they have a certain amount of portable cell phones, just like a regular phone. And they give you this chart and certain room numbers, and so you can call that and they will bring a phone to the resident. The staff was okay, but it was hard to get information from them. The place does not smell of urine. It's immaculate. The bathrooms are immaculate. It's incredible. The rooms are on each side of a central hall, but the hall is large and airy, and that's where they have some tables for people to sit outside, or visit. They have physical therapy there. This place is like walking into a hotel. It's amazing for what it is.
