My friend moved into Wari Home Care. This place was wonderful. It's like a six-bedroom house. They have a beautiful garden. There are not too many patients in there, so my friend gets more care and attention than anybody else. This is the lowest price I was able to find. They have their own doctors, nurses, and people who work with my friend, and they have experience with memory care, and I cannot find anything in Santa Monica for that price. I'm really happy I was able to find this place. I highly recommend this place for elderly people who need assisted living or memory care, and all of the above. She's in a wheelchair right now, and those people who work there are helping her with whatever her needs are. She likes the place and the food. She likes to be in the garden, and they have animals. She can feed the cats, dogs, and stuff like that. She enjoys it, just like in her home. The staff members are very patient and friendly. Both ladies are wonderful, very helpful, very understandable, and they have experience with memory care. The director is a wonderful lady, and she really, really looks out for the people who stay there. She's really protecting them and trying to give them everything they need. They have different rooms. They are neat and clean. They have a full kitchen, and I noticed that they were wearing gloves. I didn't eat the food there, but I saw it when it arrived. The local restaurants provide it and deliver it in vacuum-sealed cases. I was very satisfied with the way it looked. They have three meals a day, and between meals they have snacks. They have outings but I didn't really see the full scale of the activities yet.
