Rancho Vista Manor

Rancho Vista Manor is aesthetically beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous with pristine landscaping. Everything appears very clean and well taken care of. We met some of the residents and they're trying to help my sister get adjusted to living there. We also met the person at the desk and the manager of the establishment, Keith, and he was a very personable guy. Both of them were very friendly and pleasant people. They have a beautiful dining room and my sister says the food is good. They have a beauty salon that she has already been to, a bus that takes you into town to go shopping, and bingo games. They have a beautiful view of the mountains and all the landscaping is done in drought tolerant succulents and cactus and rocks. For Palmdale, it's what you need.

Rancho Vista Manor was a fairly new, clean facility that had all of the amenities right there. They would even let me keep my dog. I was impressed with it. The staff was very accommodating, and the residents looked happy.

Rancho Vista was very nice. Our tour was good. Everybody was very professional and very nice. They took their time to show us stuff. The facilities were very nice. They were pretty clean, modern, well-painted, and well cared for. The staff was nice and treated everybody with respect. Everybody seemed to be getting along. There were only a few people sitting by themselves.

I like Rancho Vista Manor because they have a cruise-ship mentality, i.e., you don't have to cook, and they have a lot of services for you. The people were nice and friendly. They pretty much have everything you need except the stove. Also all your bills are included in the rent. Regarding sanitation -- from what I did see -- it was nice and clean.
