C- Grade for this place. Very nice and friendly staff. But eggs and toast 5 times a week. Rooms are sprayed for bugs to many times. New floor installed in t.v. rooms but not enough chairs for the first seating. A/C & heat in most rooms downstairs but only in a few upstairs.
