The residents in Newark Gardens II are in their 60s and 70s. They're very happy with the activities that the facility arranges for them. It seems like majority of the residents are Chinese. There is also a very small group of Mexican and European seniors. The facility is an old building, but it's very quiet and very nice. My friend is very happy there.
