"We've known someone who was there at Brookdale Loma Linda before, and we liked the way the residents are respected and cared for. The facility is decorated nicely for Christmas right now, so it was very pretty, very clean, and very friendly. The dining area was very nice. It's very bright, very cheerful, and has a lot of space for chairs and wheelchairs and getting around. They have entertainment and a caring staff. If they needed to have medicines passed out, their mailboxes were just right there. They also have games and they interact with the residents."

"Toured this facility on Tuesday, 9-23-25. Was greeted upon arrival by Kenya and Crystal. Both were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Kenya and Crystal were a joy and our experience was very positive. The facility is spacious, very clean and all of the amenities to make this a pleasant home for my brother. My husband and I appreciated the time spent with us by Kenya and Crystal. They are an asset to this facility."

"My mother seems well-taken care of. I have only seen the community one time, and that was last weekend. I live out of state, so I don't get over there as often as my brother does, but he is quite pleased with the facility, and my mother is doing fine. She is in a private room, so she doesn't share the room with anyone -- or the bathroom -- and she has got a little kitchenette, so everything is pretty much there for her. If she wants to stay in her room, she can. If she wants to get out, she can. They have all kinds of activities. They have Bingo several times a week, a movie theater -- several films every week -- Church, exercise, different games, and outdoor activities like barbecues. They really try to keep their residents happy. My mother is not a very social person, so she doesn’t join in a great deal, but she is doing fine. Their dining area is very nice. It is quite large, very light, airy, and very nice. I spent a bit of time in there, and it seemed that everybody enjoyed their time dining there. They have a menu, so they don't have to have the same thing every day if they don’t want to, and they have choices for all three meals. It seems very nice and secure. It is a fairly new facility, so there's not a lot of wear and tear, but it is clean. "

"The Lakes at Banning was very homey and it smelled good. It was cold outside, so the fireplace was on and it had a beautiful seating area. The staff during the tour was very nice, very informative, very patient, and took me throughout the whole facility. I did not taste the food. I heard it's good from neighbors that are there. There were a lot of activities offered, everything from bingo to different games. They said every holiday, they celebrated in the dining room. I was impressed. There was plenty of guest parking and easy access for guests to the facility to visit their loved ones."

"It was nice. The staff was available when you needed them, and they were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were nice, roomy, and clean. It was easy to get to. "

"My dad was here twice. I thought they did ok but my dad thought otherwise. I guess it's because he didn't like rehabs. They were very attentive. The place is clean. The had a large room there and he shared with someone. Airforce Village is a nice facility. The staff are very good. I think that there's still room for improvement too. I didn't like the way they were doing the administrative work specifically the accounting portion of it. I had some problems with the billing. I don't know if it's a government thing or medicare versus my dad's secondary insurance. They didn't help me with it and that was the thing. "

"We're very happy with Citiview Residential Care. It's a 100% match of what my dad would like. They are staffed sufficiently, and all of them are very attentive and professional. We looked at the menu, and I think it suits the clientele. It's a big property with gardens, a big patio, a big front, and a driveway with trees and sitting areas."
