There are some irritating things here at Commonwealth Royale, but my room is OK, and my roommate is OK. It's mostly people in their 70's or 80's, and there are about 60 people. The rooms are big enough. The food is not very good. The staff is good. They are nice and friendly. The atmosphere is not good. I moved this morning because there was the lady sitting next to me that never took showers, and she smelled bad. Now I am in a place I don't like as much as the old one because I had a guy on the other side of me that I liked. They could improve a lot of things, such as the food and getting rougher with some of the people and making them clean up.

The Administrator, Ana, is very rude, no respect. I was asking for some information because I was then planning to put my mom in said facility, she just said we are full and then hang-up the phone. I do not recommend this facility because the behavior of the Administrator reflects how this facility is being ran. Zabelle Laurel
