I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

I do not recommend you allow anyone to be transferred here. They leave the residents lying in their own feces and urine for hours on end. They never answer the doorbell. It's very difficult to get ahold of nursing staff. The residents cry and say they hate the place. It always smells like urine in the hallways. Staff are rude, and unpleasant except for maybe 2 of them. Communicate is extremely poor with the staffing. The community offers little amenities. Residents are not cared for the way they should be.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Based on what I’ve witnessed, this facility is the worst place to leave a loved one, my mother is 92 year’s old and has been neglected and left unattended for hours. And the family is unable to visit because the staff ignores the front doorbell, we literally had to wait outside for up to 30 minutes in the cold weather. Also when we try to call the facility you either get hung up on or the phone is unavailable. I personally have been in a recovery facility after my triple bypass surgery and know I was cared for in a professional and kind way ,this place Does Not fit that bill. Now we can’t visit anymore with the Covid precautions which is understandable but the way they don’t informed the family is very unprofessional being turned away at the door because policy changes overnight. We are very unhappy with this facility and I would never recommend anyone to be placed here unless you hate them!!!!

I visited this facility

My husband was there for about six weeks. Staff very attentive to all his needs. They treat all members of the facility like family. Although food is not like Home cooking but they offer supplemental meals. The rehabilitation is the best in the entire valley. If I had to be here I would choose above all other facilities for sure. Nice atmosphere and very clean.

I visited this facility

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean with a nice courtyard for the residents. In the courtyard there are rabbits for the residents enjoyment. The night staff at the time that I was there was reportedly not as friendly or willing to work as the day staff. The facilities also smelled despite the fact that it was sparkling clean. The facility also has many fun activities for residents including movie nights, bingo nights, video games, church services, and family dinners. The facility also has days where a professional beautician would come in so that the residents can still keep up with their personal grooming without any hassle. The family dinners are particularly nice because the residents and there families are treated to a nice sit down dinner that is served to them by staff and volunteers. Not to mention the food is actually kind of tasty!

I am a friend or relative of a resident

The facility was clean, however, the staff did not meet residents' needs. My grandma was only in the facility for one day before I took her out. Another resident put my grandma in physical harm and staff did not respond to my grandma's call light. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
