We had a great experience while our family loved one was at Hanford Post Acute. From the management team to the nursing, everyone was very pleasant and always made themselves available. The rooms were good size and her roommates were very nice. The Therapy team came in every day and made sure she was staying on her feet and supported her throughout the process. I would recommend to anyone for sure.

I do not recommend you allow anyone to be transferred here. They leave the residents lying in their own feces and urine for hours on end. They never answer the doorbell. It's very difficult to get ahold of nursing staff. The residents cry and say they hate the place. It always smells like urine in the hallways. Staff are rude, and unpleasant except for maybe 2 of them. Communicate is extremely poor with the staffing. The community offers little amenities. Residents are not cared for the way they should be.

Worried for patients

Based on what I’ve witnessed, this facility is the worst place to leave a loved one, my mother is 92 year’s old and has been neglected and left unattended for hours. And the family is unable to visit because the staff ignores the front doorbell, we literally had to wait outside for up to 30 minutes in the cold weather. Also when we try to call the facility you either get hung up on or the phone is unavailable. I personally have been in a recovery facility after my triple bypass surgery and know I was cared for in a professional and kind way ,this place Does Not fit that bill. Now we can’t visit anymore with the Covid precautions which is understandable but the way they don’t informed the family is very unprofessional being turned away at the door because policy changes overnight.We are very unhappy with this facility and I would never recommend anyone to be placed here unless you hate them!!!!

My Aunt was here. The nurses were quality and informative. Place was clean. Rehab got her walking again.
