This is an older 89 bed skilled nursing facility that could use a small facelift; they've started replacing some of the flooring. The grounds are nice; they have a nice gated patio. They also have an uncovered patio that is not secure and could be a problem if a patient roamed because of the busy street. The rooms are semi-private with 2 to 4 per room, clean, and some have sliding patio doors for viewing outdoors. Patients needing feeding assistance were gathered in the dining room for lunch. I didn't detect any obnoxious odors. The meal menu was typical hospital food; I didn't see any fresh items. The patients that I saw were clean and I didn't hear anyone asking for help.
