My dad stayed in Rimrock Villa Conv Hospital. It was clean, but the nurse there, we weren't happy with her. She was very rude. We would be asking her questions, and it's just her attitude, and she would say, "I'm the only one who can do that. You talk to me." and all this kind of stuff, but we were happy with one of the girls there. Donna, we really like her. She was kind to my dad. My dad had problems, and she would sit with him until we got there. She was very nice, understanding, and caring. There's a room where they watch movies, and my dad goes in there and stays for a little while. They had call buttons, and he was pushing the button while we weren't there. He would be pushing the button a lot, so they ended up taking his call button away from him and not letting him call. It's irritating for us. He even got out of his bed, and one time he fell. My dad hated the food. It was always the same thing. They always had chicken, chicken and rice, chicken and mashed potatoes, chicken and vegetables, and everything was chicken. One time they had fish, and he didn't like that. We thought it was very expensive for what he got. He wears a catheter, and it didn't get cleaned. He was always getting infections. It wasn't dumped. Sometimes, even when we got there, it was full.
