"This place is amazing! I am so happy to find such a wonderful home for my mother. The decision to place my mom into assisted living was heart wrenching. They helped me get through the stressful experience. Due to her highly diverse knowledge of care giving, they where able to counsel me through the toughest decision I've had to make for my mother. They are very professional, extremely understanding, and has an abundance of energy and patience. Home Care First actually cares about you, your loved one, the home, and the well being of all encounters. To me they are a blessing! To say that this is a care facility would not be accurate, this is a CARING facility and there is the huge difference. I am so impressed with all of it."

"Valley Crest Memory Care was very bright and very inviting. I noticed their locks on the doors and their permission to be let in and out of the building was quite efficient for a place that involves memory care guests. The person who assisted me was incredibly informative. She answered all my questions without pause. She was professional and very sympathetic to my plight of bringing my grandfather down to Apple Valley. We went into their dining area momentarily, and we didn't get to try any of the food, but we received assurances that the food was nutritious, balanced, and well-prepared for elderly adults who had issues with swallowing, which is what my grandfather had. The place was incredibly clean, and it smelled clean and that's very important, especially in a facility that cares for the elderly. "

"I liked the cleanliness and how caring and very kind the caregivers were at Crystal Garden RCFE. They took care of the residents there. I know they took care of my husband, even though he was only there for two months. I could tell myself, just the way he was when I would go visit him, that he felt very comfortable. They did a good job and I would recommend that place. It was very clean, although they were doing construction at that time. It's a very nice home in a very nice area and a very quiet neighborhood. They were adding more rooms to the facility and they were extending out their front patio. They had exercises, crafts, different types of games, puzzles, and other activities. They also had music where they sang. I liked that my husband was involved in all of that."
