Their rooms are really clean and tidy! Some of them are really spacious and nice! They are mostly a home setting, so it's like being taken care of at our own home 24 hours a day. I noticed they're very patient and caring people. Even when they're busy, they take the time to listen to our requests and needs. And they do their best to prioritize our family and decide what's best for my grandmother given the circumstances. When my grandmother was suffering from a bad flu, they immediately let us know and were able to clearly communicate how she was doing and showed their concerns and advised us on what to do. I got to say, if it weren't for their help, I doubt my grandmother would have recovered. When my grandmother was there, I noticed that the residents like to play bingo sometimes and that the staff would also help them with some daily exercises. I strongly recommend this facility for anyone wanting compassionate and experienced people!
