Unhappy tenant

This place was horrible. My mom was living here and they keep the place SO cold during the winter unless they know someone is coming to tour or social guess will be there. All the staff except one male employee were moody and acting like they didn’t wanna be there. They forgot my mom’s morning pills at least once. My mom had to tell them and then they argued and went to look and realized my mom was correct. Luckily she lucid enough to realize. There’s others there who are not though so think about all the meds they’re not getting. No one who works there knows anyone medical history or what meds they’re need. They couldn’t tell me what pills my mom had taken that morning. They say they do activities and have a calendar with a schedule of activities but never do anything. And a lot of my moms clothes just vanished and no one could find them

Very beautiful facility feels more like home. They have four private rooms one shared the master, but it seems more like private. They put a wall down the middle to separate and it was wonderful, very competitive pricing compared to other facilities, but their service is Pristine. I was really impressed, very polite well trained staff I will be placing my mother here

Brighton Manor was way out of my price range. The staff was nice. They had a nice TV room and stuff like that. It was pretty nice. The rooms were smaller than the other, but price-wise, compared to the other, they are substantially higher for what it was. The rooms were nice because they had their pictures and their names on the outside of the room so they could find their rooms easier.
