My friend is moving into La Bella Assisted Living on January 1. It's a five-bedroom house that they converted to an assisted living. The rooms were like the normal-sized bedrooms in a ranch house. It's very nice. I had Christmas dinner with them, and they had excellent food. They had excellent people on duty as well. The house and the people are clean. They really take good care of their people. Everything I saw looked good. One of the nurses is from Jamaica and knows how to cook. We had chicken, ham, stuffing, jams, and ambrosia salad. It was excellent. They had pies and cakes afterwards, but they buy their pies because they said they don't have a good baker. The facility was nice and clean, and the backyard was in good shape and that's where they do barbecues. It's well contained.
