"The Assisted and Nursing Home are the best and have no problems with staff. Place very clean and have many things to do in the assisted living part. You get to no the staffs names very quickly. The food is great and sometimes they bring food to the assisted living area. Singing and arts and craft and they have a TV Room. Family can bring food in Thanksgiving Time. The residents rooms are vey good and have washer and dryers. You have to sign in to where your going. The dining room is big with a piano the staff gives 2 chooses to what to have to eat."

We have been admitted to many facilities but none of them - NOT ONE - can come close to the high quality and genuine compassion that the Sancta Maria team offer. Great job Sancta Maria!! "I cannot say enough about the Community Family day care services in Medford, MA that my 97year old Mother attends. They are wonderful, caring, people, speaking for my Mother the attention that she receives from them are outstanding. I always receive notice if the staff have any questions regarding my Mother, whether it be an health issue, or some personal care. I am so grateful that I found this facility and have peace of mind while she is there. "

"The tour at Chelsea Soldiers' Home was excellent. The guy giving the tour took his time with us and showed us all of the amenities. It's just immaculately clean and it's a fresh, modern living environment. The rooms are private and they're good sized. And they all have their own bathroom. They do have a courtyard and activity area."

"I am blown away by the level of care and deliberative memory care activities at Whitney Place assisted living memory care. They have THREE dedicated recreational activities staff with activities almost all day long; the staff engages the residents and triggers responses that the residents obviously enjoy and look forward to. The meals are not gourmet, but fine - there are two choices brought around on plates so people can choose which one they would like with a visual connection in addition to the name of the foods, which memory care residents may not understand sometimes. There are also three nurses that keep on top of things, and are very caring and concerned about the needs of the residents and the level of care they receive. My relative has made a few trips to the hospital and the reception she gets when she returns is priceless - the enthusiasm and hugs and genuine happiness at having her back make her feel special, and so helpful with the transition when she thinks she is "going home" - a home that was gone a long time ago. My only complaints are that it's nearly impossible to get the unit to pick up the phone especially at night, and ensuring a resident is using good hygiene or noticing a rash from it. The costs are not only the best deal around, but you get all those extras, and everything is included, so no surprises. Even their manicures and hair care are a great deal! I am so delighted with the (1) care, (2) affordability, and as a result of #2,, (3) knowing I do not have to worry about what I am going to do when the money runs out. "

"Beaumont in Natick is outstanding. My grandparents were in a sister facility in Westborough and they both got wonderful care. So, when my mother got ill, the first place I called was Beaumont in Westborough, but it's too far away from me, so they connected me with Natick. The care is outstanding. They have staff members that have been there for many years. They have very little turnover. It's a very difficult situation to see my mother in the condition she's in, but when I leave there, I leave with peace of mind that my mother is being well cared for. Their facility is not a huge nursing home, but the rooms are spacious and painted in warm colors. They have to have the hospital bed, but other than that, you can bring your own furnishings in to the room and try to set it up to make it home-like for them. It doesn't have an odor that a lot of nursing homes have, and it's always clean. In the time that she's been there, I have never had a complaint. The pricing is excellent. I was given a tour by a nurse, and I told her that my grandparents had been in one of the Salmon facilities. She took care of my grandparents and now takes care of my mother."

"Adult Daily care. Dad been attending one year. It’s been a blessing. Looking at it from the view point of what the senior likes and will thrive vs what I prefer. We needed assistance from isolation; meds; nutrition and a friendly hello every day. He has received all of them. They do a easy game daily and some musical guests. He enjoys the simple life now and that is ok. Pleasant staff with some turn over but that’s to be expected. I feel he’s safe. I never had negative issue w staff. He’s stable. Enjoy the moments. A new space in 2019 for adult daily care too."

"My mother-in-law is at Youville Place. The staff is very professional. They're very engaged with the people who are there. They're very good staff. Both its layout and its upkeep are really, really nice. They have small apartments within one large building, but then they also have memory care, and that was very good. My mother-in-law started out with her own little apartment. She has been there for the last three years, and we're looking forward to her being able to move into their memory care unit. What's really nice is that they start out in independent living, and then they will add the level of assistance they need. They come and take care of her bedding and make sure that it's changed every week, but they're also there to look in to make sure everything's good, and then as her abilities decline, their support increases. We have actually been there, seen the level of service, enjoyed their menu, and all of that kind of stuff, and it's really nice. The staff is pretty good. The facility is also in remarkably good shape. They keep it really clean and attended to, and it is in good shape. I'm picky with food, but they did a good job of not making it institutional food. They actually offer lots of different things, so it's pretty good. They have physical therapy, occupational therapy, and a weekly movie night where everybody can get together. They've also had live entertainment come in, which gets people up and singing."

"The staff at Carepro Adult Day Health Weymouth has been very helpful. If something happens during the day, they make sure to take note of it and they let us know. They do bowling, basketball, bingo, and a bunch of different things each day. They also do daily news about what's happening in the world, that kind of thing. My mother-in-law's food needs to be pureed, and they were able to do that without any issues."

"I can NOT say enough about Active Day of Hingham. The staff was so very kind and supportive not only to their members but the caregivers as well. They never ever hesitated to help with transitioning the member into the program or assisting with maintaining success for the member's daily activities. I will miss them all greatly. "My aunt attends Old Colony Adult Day Health Care; which is now in Brockton, MA. They moved into their own free standing building with a lot more amenities and it is beautiful, spacious, very warm and inviting. She loves it there; and I also visited the site and everyone there is very friendly and caring. They treat her like family and I would recommend them to anyone. "
