I have been a client for about a month and I have no problem with the nurses but the office manager is very uncaring . If they don’t see progress in the wound they drop you like a hot potato.

For the most part, my husband (who is the client) and I are ok with VNA, but I must say, their customer service leaves much to be desired. Waiting 15 minutes to order oxygen is ridiculous. As a call center employee, we are not allowed to let anyone wait more than 2 minutes, but usually have to pick up on the second ring. We are well staffed. I don't think they are well staffed. The delivery people are supposed to be knowledgeable and I don't think I would say that. They are absolutely the sweetest people who deliver, they just know nothing about the product they are delivering. They have made more than a few mistakes with delivery and orders. Your people are only as good as management and I think management maybe needs a little improving.
