We use Visiting Angels for my parents, which we highly recommend too. It's been great. The only reason we had to reach for additional help, 'cause we still use them, is because they just couldn't get enough manpower at this time to have somebody to come out and fill our need. The caregiver is great. We have a couple of caregivers from them and we're completely satisfied with them. The billing seems good. It is a little confusing because is their bill due after a week? Or is it due after 30 days? There's some confusion around that, but I think they're figuring that out.
