I can't leave my loved one alone and I can run errands. I like that they give us permission to be a daughter or son and are helpful to the entire family, not just the client. They told me that when I am with my loved one, I can be the daughter not the caregiver.

They are not able to provide the basics that are needed for everyday care. I would like to see better training when they hire somebody. A girl came out and didn't even know how to cook a baked potato. One of our requirements was to cook my father a meal.

She is somewhat unaware. It has been more helpful for my husband and me because she can't be alone. The office could improve communication with me. I like that it is available.

We couldn't have gone on without some really good help. The gal who first came pitched right in and helped out. My mom had been on her own and was then at the point where she was too weak to be doing things on her own.

They help my mom stay consistent with her daily routine. They give her the extra help to get her day going. They also help with minor household duties. My mother said that there are some caregivers that are great, but there are others that are not as attentive or respectful. The most recent caregivers have not been as good. My mother asked for something and the caregiver never followed up.

I do a lot of things for myself. They can call when I need help and take me places when I don't feel well enough to do it myself. I had a wonderful caregiver, but they are a little limited on what they can do.

The caregivers need to have better communication. I have to track the caregivers down and ask them what is going on with my loved one's care. The company needs to have better communication with my loved one.

I am not used to having someone doing my housekeeping, so I felt a little awkward. They were good, I just wasn't used to it. She was very helpful. I liked her quiet personality. She just went ahead and did everything that I asked her to do. She helped with driving situations.

They help me do some stuff I haven't been able to do because of my age. They are willing to do stuff around the house, and that has made my life better. I like the people who work for them. The manager is very responsive to what I ask for.

The big thing she does here is give my husband a shower. We are so happy with our caregiver. She is always happy to be here, and we appreciate all she does for us.

My provider always made me feel good about myself. She helped me most by just being right there in case I needed anything. I would recommend a friend and tell them that It was a great experience. My provider was always here at the same time, really polite, and knew what she was doing.

SYNERGY HomeCare is super professional. The person who traveled with him was really nice, caring, and knowledgeable. He was in bad shape for traveling. SYNERGY HomeCare was really supportive and took the time to help make sure he got where he needed to go.

The intake lady, my caregiver, and the owner are awesome because they are ethical and good quality people. It's been good respite care for my personal attendants, which has given me and them a break.

I would recommend SYNERGY HomeCare because they're really nice people and they always have somebody here. They're always on time. The service helps me because I get a day off. I take care of my mom all by myself.

We used SYNERGY HomeCare for nine days. The caregivers were excellent, caring, helpful, and absolutely as good as possible. They do the cooking, laundry, patient care, and shopping. They were especially helpfu, pleasant, and nice to have in the house.

SYNERGY HomeCare has questionable caregivers and I would have the office do more research on their employees. The company needs to be a lot more transparent with their clients about the services applied. There were some untruthful moments in reports after certain incidents occurred.

SYNERGY HomeCare is good at sending us fill-in caregivers if our normal caregivers cannot make it. Having SYNERGY makes my family very comfortable and we like the caregivers that have been sent to us. We do not have to worry about the client and his care.

SYNERGY HomeCare is economical, efficient, and provides good services. The services from SYNERGY HomeCare were quite helpful in the time I had them, by the caregivers being able to do the things for me that I couldn't do myself.
