Our skilled nursing care may include but not limited to the following: Medication management Wound care/dressing changes Diabetes care Care management Tracheostomy care IV Therapy Patient education Enteral Feeding Surgical aftercare Ostomy Care Catheter Care Care for Chronic illnesses Also known as Non-Skilled services, these services are provided by CNA’s, PCA’s and HHA’s under the supervision of an RN.
