We chose Touch of Grace because they were nearby, primarily, and also because they are a small agency with about 20-25 caregivers. They've have some turnover in personnel, but the ladies they send are very good.

The facts, an 80 year old woman contracted with Touch of Grace, LLC for 24 hour companion services to include dressing, self admin of medication, prepare meals and light housekeeping on Monday, March 23, 2015 after being discharged from the hospital. On March 31, 2015 Touch of Grace failed to provide for a 7PM to 7AM shift. Indeed, their own invoice bills for 12 hours not 24 hours on 3/31. Touch of Grace’s Service Agreement paragraph 9. Termination: “Either Client or Agency may terminate this Agreement upon a 5-day written and oral notice to other party. If either party terminates this Agreement, all fees due at time of termination will be due and payable by you immediately.” On Friday, April 3, 2015, after a Sheriff’s deputy arrived at the service address, Touch of Grace terminated service without the required 5-day written notice.

I currently have help from this company and the person that helps me is wonderful. I required someone who will love my mother and talk to her, not at her, as she lost her speech from her stroke. This person is loving and caring and we are very happy with her.
