My parents moved into Poet's Walk Warrenton. It's really good, and we've been very satisfied with the care. They've been very attentive and very communicative, and because I'm in Warrenton, I've been able to visit them a lot. For the most part, the staff is good, but there are bad apples no matter where you go. When we first moved in, I had a caregiver there 24/7 'cause that's what my parents were used to at home, and now I just have somebody there from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Some of their staff treat outside aides like enemies or something, like they don't want them there, I guess because the aides communicate directly with the client. That's the only complaint I've had. They love the food, and I've tasted some of it in a luncheon, and it's really, really good. They have some semi-exercise thing in the morning, arts and crafts type stuff, and they have performers come in and do music with them. They have quite a full menu of activities.
