We chose Home Sweet Home because they answered the questions the way I wanted them to, and I just felt happy with them after I interviewed about five different places. Right now, the caregiver is just for companion care. She really got close with my mom. She has a personal relationship with her. It is really good. They touch off a friendship. She keeps me informed of the stuff I need. It works well. We have been using this agency for three months now. So far the caregiver is a good match for my mom. It really works well right now. It is only four hours a day, three days a week, and it is working well. However, they need to improve on their follow-up and their billing process. They lost one of the bills, and we had to find it. That was probably the only issue that I know of.

She keeps me informed of the stuff I need. It works well. We have been using this agency for three months now. So far the caregiver is a good match for my mom. It really works well right now. It is only four hours a day, three days a week, and it is working well. However, they need to improve on their follow-up and their billing process. They lost one of the bills, and we had to find it. That was probably the only issue that I know of.
