All of the workers are very nice, and they take very good care of me. They will cook me food and clean for me.

For me, I can only go by my experiences. The caregivers come in and work like they are in their own houses. They do everything that I ask them to do. They clean my house for me. One lady that comes is very religious, and I like the way we talk together.

I have had some caregivers that didn't want to do much other than play on the telephone. Not all of them were like that. If they did more training for the aides so that they know what is expected of them, I get the feeling that some come only to work for a few minutes and then sit and pass the time just to get their paycheck.

They are very thorough. If the caregiver can not make it, they are quick to find another caregiver. They help with her motivation skills and helping Joyce bathe.

Everything seems to be going well. I would like them to take me to the doctor. They clean and go shopping for me because I'm 92 and can't get out much.

I would like them to be better organized. The person I called didn't know if someone would come and didn't know if they could tell me if they could find someone to come. They could be more consistent with the caregiver.

The workers are very compassionate and highly professional. There is a lot on the spectrum. He is autistic. The service does have an impact. It is mostly positive. However, with his issues, every day is different.

They do not coordinate the caregivers. I have different girls each day, and I want just one person to come. They have helped me get my daily living skills done, and I'm not here alone.

Sometimes if one of the aides calls out, they have not called me or gotten someone to fill in the shift. It would be a lot easier if when someone calls out that they let me know. I know that if there's an emergency, I understand they not being able to take a call. However, they should have other people on standby or call to fill in. If I already have something planned, I have to cancel what I was doing because I can't take my loved one with me.

We have implemented a new system, called telephony that should increase the communication, and transparency of the schedules. The caregiver does a really good job, she is very nice. The provider has helped me the most because she does what she is suppose to do. I need someone to help me do the cleaning, cooking, and washing because I can't do it.

They need to show up on time and actually show up when we need them to. They never get out of the chair while there are here and never do anything.

They called my mom and told her that the caregiver couldn't come and somebody else was coming. They answer all my questions that I have. She enjoys them coming because they do her breakfast and see that her clothes are clean. Sometimes if she wants to ask them a question, they'll stop and listen to what she has to say.

When my caregiver comes, they make sure that I get help, and the office will call to make sure I like my caregiver and if I don't I can ask for another one. I need somebody here to help carry me through the day. If a person can't make it they will make sure that they call me and get the services that I need.
