I like the fact that our first initial meeting was with the owner. She walked us through everything. We met at my mother's apartment and the person we have is reliable. She comes on time and engages with me and my sister to give us updates about my mother.

We had one scenario with a nanny that wasn't working out, and we told them to not tell the nanny, and they told them anyway. There was one experience we had with a nanny that wasn't working out. The nanny could've communicated better. They just need to manage their communication.

Every time I put in a request, I get a response within 24 hours. They are just very professional, and I have a level of confidence in the service. That makes life easier. I had a few experiences that were great and some that were just good. Some of the ladies that came didn't seem as invested and interactive with the children. They might be on social media or something where as the other girls were phenomenal.

They are taking care of my loved one who requires help with getting washed and dressed. I don't have get my loved one clean, but it doesn't give me total freedom because the caregivers can't lift my loved one by themselves. I have to help. When we originally started a few years ago, we had the same caregiver everyday. Since we started up again a few weeks ago, we don't have the same continuity that we had before, but what they are doing seems to be working so far and I have no complaints.
