Very disappointed in this company We tried them for months They would promise and promise and never come thru with what they promised they could do for us We had some very specific needs that we made clear to them They will tell you what ever you want to or need to hear They sent 2 people over who barely spoke english and seemed to have little if any actual training. Nice enough people, but we were paying out of pocket for trained aides, not someone needing training. We got one good person but they left the company The more we dealt with the office the more questionable they seemed to us. Another hospitalization gave us a chance to change, and try a different company Much better Better communication and better trained employees

Noelia was excellent to work with. She provided excellent caregivers. There was never a question that our needs would be met.

My wife came home after 30 days of hospital and rehab. She was temporarily wheelchair bound. We now have home care to help us get reorganized at home. Allegiance provided service of young ladies who were well trained, polite, accommodating, and willing. They helped my wife get out of bed, get dressed, attend to her personal hygiene and move about. They do some meal service and clean dishes. They help accomplish household tasks such as make beds, sweep floors, vacuum, dust, and laundry. We could not ask for better. We will engage with Allegiance again.
