They have someone that shows up every day. They make sure you have what you need. They make sure you have help.

It is like night and day. I can get around, but when someone is here, I can get it done faster. I like that they are easy to talk to.

If I need to leave the apartment, I feel comfortable doing so, and I do not feel like I have to worry about him falling or having a problem. She is here with him and keeps him engaged in different activities. It also gives a different personality for him to work with. Based on our caregiver, it has been a great experience. The lady I have that provides care is very good and always arrives early. She loves her work and she is a very positive person. She gets along well with my husband and gets him laughing.

They were willing to help with my father's medication. I liked that they were helpful in a tough time. They suggested things I would not have thought of.

The caregiver is there and does a great job. The client is pleased with her work. They answer the phone when you call them, and they are there.
