Communication is really good for the most part. They are easy to get ahold of and respond quickly. They help with everything with her. She's 100% dependent at the moment. They help with everything, and they help her feel comfortable, which is really important to us.

For the most part, I would say about 95% of the time, I have always had a good caregiver who comes out and helps me. The one person that came out that I didn't feel I related to on a business level—I think it was because she was too young. I look forward to Tuesdays and Thursdays because those are when my favorite caregiver comes here; her name is Keedi. The days that she comes are really important and helpful for me.

They were easy to communicate with, and they always let me know if someone wasn't coming, and they didn't try to push me to have another caregiver if the regular caregiver was unavailable. They were able to help me with his care and get him in and out of bed, shower, and dress him. That was the biggest thing.

They come here and do things that we need to have done, whether its personal care or running errands. They've followed through with what they promised.

They could have a support system remotely, that would be nice. Some things don't require a physical presence. They could use a camera or something to check in and then just be able send a message on a speaker. I like the quality of the workers.
