My brother is using Freedom Healthcare. We're trying to change it because he's not getting the care that he's supposed to. They weren't giving him good care. They had a one-hour CNA, but they couldn't find the healthcare worker, so we're going to change. The CNA he has is pretty good, but she said that she couldn't really do some of the things he needs done because that would be done by some kind of a nurse. It's a mess. They haven't provided anything. The CNA comes in, takes his temperature, and helps him with the bath, and that's it. They just didn't do what they should've done.
