"Provider services of this agency are a shame. The agency name is misleading to say the least. The staff are unprofessional and ill equipped to do the job and simply send whoever even if the person is unable to do the job. They do not train the people they hire nor care if they are qualified and able to do the job leaving your loved ones at risk. If the provider doesn't show up one day, the agency does nothing to find coverage again leaving your loved ones at risk. The administrators apparently do not care how the staff are running the agency-if you try to get a hold of them it is simply impossible. They apparently only are in business for the money- not because they "care". Look elsewhere! "

"My brother is using Freedom Healthcare. We're trying to change it because he's not getting the care that he's supposed to. They weren't giving him good care. They had a one-hour CNA, but they couldn't find the healthcare worker, so we're going to change. The CNA he has is pretty good, but she said that she couldn't really do some of the things he needs done because that would be done by some kind of a nurse. It's a mess. They haven't provided anything. The CNA comes in, takes his temperature, and helps him with the bath, and that's it. They just didn't do what they should've done."

From what I understand, my father said the woman that's there, she has been really sweet to my grandmother, and she's been doing a good job. Some of the services were sweeping and mopping the floor, vacuumed the carpets, cleaned the bathroom, washed the dished, cooked, did the laundry, etc. They were really good and they did everything.
