Provider services of this agency are a shame. The agency name is misleading to say the least. The staff are unprofessional and ill equipped to do the job and simply send whoever even if the person is unable to do the job. They do not train the people they hire nor care if they are qualified and able to do the job leaving your loved ones at risk. If the provider doesn't show up one day, the agency does nothing to find coverage again leaving your loved ones at risk. The administrators apparently do not care how the staff are running the agency-if you try to get a hold of them it is simply impossible. They apparently only are in business for the money- not because they "care". Look elsewhere!
