They can have consistent workers given to the patient. The agency can have consistency on the providers. I have had 3 or 4people come, it is not always the same one.

I just got a new one today. Ashley is great. In the past, I've had three or four different ones and they were not good. They could have stayed off of their cell phones and didn't want to help me at all - you'd have to force them to do anything. The one today, you didn't have to ask what to do - she knew what to do. She made my bed up right away without being asked and took care of my bath, my compression socks, and went in the kitchen and straightened up. They work hard to find me somebody.

They are able to provide care that I'm not able to provide. Its great for me, but for him he doesn't always want someone in the bathroom with him, so sometimes he objects sometimes. I have asked them to let me handle certain things because he wont do it for them. I like that they are on time, and courteous and professional.
