I like that the caregivers come and help her with things that she cannot do with her hands. She has a lot of pain in her hands. I like that each person has a different personality but very caring individuals for the client. They are there and give their all.

We've only been with them for a short time. They make sure the aide is constantly here. I like they were informative when I reached out. The caregiver is kind and knowledgeable.

My caregivers have had a positive impact because they prepare my meals as well as help me get bathed and dressed each day. I like that they're very helpful. I have regular care, and they pretty much know what I need.

There is always someone here to help him do things. They have gotten better, but they do not have consistent caregivers that show up on time.

There is always room for improvement. The caregiver recently just sits on the couch for four to five hours. The agency could improve on having more communication.
