Merida Health Care Group is okay. I really liked the occupational therapist because he really communicated with me very well. He would always call a day before to confirm the date and time he would be coming. Or if he could not make it, he would always call. The physical therapist would text me from time to time, but a lot of times he won’t call me just before he comes, and that’s what I’m working on. But overall, he’s fine. The Merida Health Care management's service overall is average in terms of scheduling and billing.
