Thank you Mercy & Derrick for having Hearts of Gold! We've struggled for months with 2 different big franchise agencies whose Caregivers were less than motivated and always on their phones. My mother was constantly complaining about her Caregivers. We were considering installing hidden cameras to see what was happening...but then we found YOU! Your model of "matching" the caregiver and client is GENIUOS! You sent 4 great ladies that first week and my Mom knew exactly which one to pick! Ashley is amazing and so are you Mercy.
