My parents have Zelano Healthcare coming in right now for a few hours a day. They have decent workers from my experience. For the most part, I don’t have anything bad to say about them. The only problem was that they assigned a foreign-speaking healthcare worker to my mom who only speaks English, so it was very difficult to communicate her needs. For the most part, they have been pretty good. My mom is hard to please and has had four caregivers in the last six months, but I think they have all been OK, except for one of them.
