I had physical therapy and nurse aid care after my first knee replacement surgery. My therapist was the best! She took her time answering all my questions and was extremely encouraging. Those aids who came to assist with my showers were also fantastic! I instantly felt comfortable with them. The nursing care however was awful. They kept saying they were coming but never showed up. They totally missed what could have been a li threatening situation with me (blood clot). Fortunately my surgeon sent me to get a sonogram. I complained but never got a follow-up.
