I hired Pate's Private home and Healthcare Services about two weeks ago, and it seems to be working out relatively well. It was beyond my expectations. I can't say enough about them. They give excellent care and are very concerned. The service that we have received from them has been absolutely outstanding. I'm hoping that we keep the same person because she is very compassionate. She works very well with both of us. She is obviously somebody new in the house, but we are very comfortable with her. She is very caring and very personable. She comes in every day. She gets my husband out of bed. She puts him in the shower. She does an absolutely outstanding job of showering him, dressing him, making sure he shaved well, and uses the products that he needs. Then she will cook breakfast for both of us and clean up the dishes. She has dusted and vacuumed. Anything I've asked her to do so far, she's been more than willing to do and looking for more to help. Not only is she helping my husband, but she's also helping me, which is taking some of the burden off of me. When I called Pate's Private Home and Healthcare Services, I actually spoke with the woman that's coming out here. I don't know what it was, but there was something about it that really clicked. From the day she came out to do an assessment until right now, she's been nothing but wonderful. You can't go wrong with using them.
