"My mom moved into the Sevierville Health and Rehabilitation Center. We like the care that she's getting. The food is great. They have a garden area for the patients, and it's very nice. They serve three meals a day."

"This facility is wonderful, in my opinion. The staff went out of their way to ask each resident how they were doing every day, and asked if they could do anything to help the patient or their family members. The facility is very clean, the bathrooms were always spotless and the patient rooms were kept immaculate. I also noticed that there were several activities for the residents each and every day. It seemed to keep the patients from getting bored and also kept them active and engaged. I would definitely recommend this nursing home to other people. "

"My mother-in-law was at the facility during covid so I have only visited through the window with her. The staff have been very good to her and have always done their best to communicate with us during this difficult situation. She was very bad off when she went there and they have worked with her and she has gotten so much better. I would recommend this facility for your loved ones. She was in the memory care unit. I would like to thank all the staff for their help and support during her time with them."

"My wife has been here since April 5th. Having rehab on her leg and arm. Everything has been great with the whole place. Therapy is coming along real well. The food is really good with a large variety. The rooms are adequate for her needs. Most of all is the staff. They have been very caring, knowledgeable and extremely kind. I have nothing negative at all to say about the place. I highly recommend it to anyone that may need something like this in the future."

"This facility was really great to the residents and their loved ones. It is a smaller facility, but that seemed to be an advantage because the patients received individual time and care. The rooms and bathrooms were always clean every time I visited the patients here and the nurses were very quick to check on anyone who hit the nurse button on their bed railing. Any problems that needed to be taken to the doctor were always done very quickly. I would give this nursing home a thumbs up. "

"I have actually visited several nursing homes throughout my life. Lifecare Center of Greeneville was the most recent I visited. I visited due to my grandmother being moved there, and ultimately dying there last year. The staff was always kind and patient while we were there. I did notice there weren't very many on staff at the time. It could have just been because I had come on a holiday weekend. My grandmother was still of sound mind, and could do many things on her own still so the amount of people staff wasn't a big deal in this case. My grandmother loved all of the activities they would have throughout the week, particularly the party they were going to have the night after I visited in celebration of the holiday. The location of the facility would at first seem a little questionable, as the government housing is behind the facility. However, there is a privacy fence up, and there is a good amount of fencing that gives an extra level of protection. All in all, it is a good facility, and a good choice for your loved one. "

"All of the family tends to go there and it is really a great facility. The staff are caring and understanding and are there because they care, not just for a paycheck. Very friendly and great place! I dont believe there is anything negative to say about this facility. There are too many good workers with compassion to have any bad remarks to say! "

"In a word....RUN. This place is not equipped to help your loved one survive. My mother has COPD and was resident for rehab at Ridgeview for a short time. They were in no way able to take care of her. Her room mate had to yell and scream for staff to come and help my mother or she would have died. No place to put your loved one. Run from this facility."
