PSA Healthcare is fine. The main thing is the scheduling for my son because they only hire RNs. They don't hire LPNs or anything like that. So it makes harder to schedule because most RNs are at the hospitals or clinic or something, and if they do go to home agencies they only do it on their days off or when they have time. Their nurses are qualified. They do their orientation with another nurse. I think that they could do orientation with the parents as well.
