Brook Health Care is a great agency! I have access to my schedule so I know who my caregiver is for the day and what hours I will have help. I like the fact that Brook Health Care is owned by Registered Nurses. They let me know if my caregiver cannot make it and will send another caregiver if they can. My caregivers help me with bathing, dressing, they cook for me, clean up and even go to the store for me. I am grateful as their help allows me to be able to stay in my own home and be independent.

It was started by nurses with over 60 years of combined health care experience. It continues as a family business, with our clients becoming members of our extended family. An in home assessment is completed at the clients convenience to identify their needs and desires. Keeping people in home safely and comfortably is our goal. If the client wishes, family can be kept involved in the process.

BHC took care of my mother, who suffered from dementia as well as other physical issues. They were wonderful! Every person who was involved in her care was kind, loving, thoughtful... not only of her but of us as her family. Her end days were difficult, but the Brook Health Care assistants were very helpful and thoughtful. We greatly appreciated them and would recommend them in a heartbeat!
